Shipping and Returns

Shipping:
  1. We Provide Free Shipping & Installation in all Major Cities across India.
  2. All Deliveries shall require minimum 3 Working Days to Max 10 Working Days.
Return Policy:
  1. Products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date. The amount will be refunded after checking the condition of the product.
  2. Service charge of 7% and Transportation charge will be deducted from the total Amount, if the product is in good condition else based on the damage, deduction percentage will be decided.
Refund Policy:
  • In case of any refunds approved by our team, the process will be initiated within 15 to 20 days of the approval decision.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 days to the original method of payment used during the purchase. Please note that charges, fees, duties, taxes, levies applied to the ticket are non-refundable.
Warranty Policy:

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Restolax Advance Healthcare Equipments provides warranty for the products used for a domestic purpose or for any manufacturing defect.
  2. Warranty Period Would be 6 months from the purchase date for the product price ranging from Rs.999/- to Rs.9,999/-, and 12 months for the products which are more than Rs.9,999/-.
  3. Warranty does not include physical damages like wear and tear, mishandling, misuse, damage due to accident, negligence and other forms of intentional damage.
  4. The Warranty for the product is not applicable for any faulty electrical systems/supply/maintenance, any voltage disturbances, any unauthorized dealers or technician’s repairs, willful destruction, destruction by fire, collisions, theft, etc
  5. After sales service available at the doorstep for the products above Rs. 20,000, whereas products below Rs. 20,000 pick-up charges from the customer’s place for service will be borne by the brand and delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

Note: For products purchased using COD payment method, Return policy is not applicable.
